“All members of the John Carroll University faculty on active or visiting status have voting rights and share in the rights and responsibilities of Faculty Governance. The faculty shall have primary responsibility for recommendations on policy in such fundamental areas as curriculum, subject matter and methods of instruction, research, faculty status, faculty development, and those aspects of student life which relate to the educational process.”
